Pulled my back and couldn't move. Was hoping it would sort itself out but got really bad after a few days. A quick session with Richie and I was able to move again. After a second session, I had full movement again. Left feeling much better and pain-free and have a 6-week course of exercises to complete to strengthen the muscles so this doesn't happen to me again. Very good physio and cheaper than most too. Highly recommend.

Went to Richie with shin splints. Got me sorted in no time. Highly recommended. Very good cummication and follow up. Definitely recommend a S & C session with Richie when your injury is sorted. Well worth it. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Attended Richie on a couple of occasions for a shoulder injury. Always found him to be very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Would recommend Richie for any injury, sports or otherwise.

I highly recommend anyone suffering with pain or injury to take the time to visit Richie, I had suffered for 2 years with shoulder/neck pain and tried every remedy I could think of. After just 1 session with Richie I felt a huge improvement and after a total of 3 sessions I never looked back. He gave a great consultation, extremely good treatment and his advise on what to do afterwards has kept my pain at bay long term. He is fantastic at what he does and highly professional.
